Yuzu & Lemon Pint

Our Lemon & Yuzu flavour brings a twist to traditional ice cream, blending the creamy sweetness of it with swirls of lemon and yuzu sauce to create delicious spoonfuls. Bringing together the know-how of Häagen-Dazs and Pierre Hermé Paris, this collection reinterprets a great classic of desserts in France: the macaroon.

By adding macaroon shells we have created the perfect balance between ice cream and the almond flavor characteristic of this french dessert.
